Jeremy Littleton is a white male, brown hair, blue eyes, fair complexion, height 5'7", and weighs 136 lbs. Littleton's last known address is 456 County Road 68, Clanton, AL 35045. Littleton was last seen in blue hospital scrubs and a white T-shirt around 1830MT at Shelby Baptist Hospital.
