Becky Gatlin is the Chief Clerk, and has been employed with the Sheriff’s Office since 2008. She directly manages financial accounts, accounts payable/receivables processes, monthly disbursements of monies received into the Sheriff’s Office. She also issues pistol permits and assists the public in the office and by phone.
Deborah Quince has been employed with the Chilton County Sheriff’s Office since 2001. Her employment began as a correctional officer and she has since held the positions of bonding clerk, financial assistant and is currently the Administrative Secretary for the Sheriff’s Office. She is responsible for receiving, entering and maintaining all warrants, subpoenas, evictions, summons and notice of hearings from the County Clerk and surrounding areas. She also issues pistol permits and renewals and assists the public in the office and by phone.
Stacey Wyatt has been employed as a Secretary with the Sheriff’s Office since 2011. She assists the public by phone as well as in the office by issuing and renewing pistol permits and with incident/offense reports. Stacey also assists the Investigative Unit with files and telephone calls and is responsible for maintaining the Food Bill for inmates at the Chilton County Jail.
